Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Foxbridge software ("Software") provided by Foxbridge AI ("we", "us", "our"). By purchasing a license or using the Software, you agree to these Terms.

2. License Grant

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software on your infrastructure for the duration of your paid subscription. The license is limited to the number of concurrent users specified by your tier (Team: 25, Business: 100, Enterprise: unlimited).

3. Permitted Use

  • Install the Software on servers you own or control
  • Use the Software for your organization's internal business purposes
  • Create backups of the Software for disaster recovery

4. Restrictions

  • Do not redistribute, sublicense, or resell the Software
  • Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
  • Do not remove or alter license key validation mechanisms
  • Do not share license keys between organizations

5. Trial License

Trial licenses are provided free of charge for 14 days with a limit of 10 concurrent users. Trial licenses are for evaluation purposes only. No credit card is required. At the end of the trial period, the Software will stop accepting new connections until a paid license is activated.

6. Subscription and Payment

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. Prices may change with 30 days' notice. Your license remains valid through the end of your paid period regardless of price changes.

7. Data and Privacy

Foxbridge is self-hosted software that runs entirely on your infrastructure. We do not have access to your Atlassian data, AI conversations, uploaded files, or user information. The only data we process is license key validation requests (see our Privacy Policy).

8. AI Provider Responsibility

You are responsible for your relationship with your chosen AI provider (Anthropic, OpenAI, Azure, Ollama, etc.). We do not control, access, or store the data sent to your AI provider. Consult your AI provider's terms for their data handling policies.

9. Support

  • Team: Email support (48-hour response)
  • Business: Priority email support (24-hour response) + dedicated onboarding
  • Enterprise: Dedicated account manager + custom SLA

10. Availability and Uptime

Because Foxbridge is self-hosted, uptime is your responsibility. We are responsible for the license validation API at foxbridge.dev. The Software includes a 72-hour cache so that temporary outages of our validation service do not affect your operations.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims related to the Software shall not exceed the amount you paid for your subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

12. Warranty Disclaimer

The Software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Software will be error-free or uninterrupted.

13. Termination

Either party may terminate the subscription at any time. Upon termination, your license key will be deactivated at the end of the current billing period. You may continue to use the Software until then. We may terminate immediately if you violate these Terms.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms with 30 days' notice via email. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance.
